By pressing the button, you import the list into the Mastodon Account you are logged in with. Please note that Mastodon does not fill lists retroactively, so you will have to wait to check it worked, or check list membership by editing the list. Furthermore, in order to add accounts to a Mastodon list, the accounts will be followed.
